Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of Enlytica data packs and related services (the “Services”). By purchasing or accessing a data pack you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

2. Deliverables

A “data pack” is a downloadable ZIP archive that contains:

• Flattened product data in JSONL format
• Product to zip index file
• Zip manifest file

Packs are organized by state. For multi-state or all-states purchases, you receive links to all packs for those states.

3. License and permitted use

Enlytica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data internally within your company. You may analyze the data, combine it with your internal data, and generate internal reports and insights for your business operations.

4. Restrictions

• No resale, re-licensing, or redistribution of the raw data packs or any substantial portion of them
• No public hosting or public sharing of the raw files or presigned links
• No use to build or train a competing data product or service that resells product-level data
• No use that violates laws or third-party rights

5. Delivery and access

After purchase you choose your states, then we email secure download links. Links are presigned and typically remain active for 72 hours. If your links expire before you download, contact support for new links. Do not share these links outside your company.

6. Data freshness and accuracy

Data reflects active products at the time of capture. We strive for accuracy but the data is provided “as is” and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for validating the data for your use case.

7. Refunds and replacements

If a purchased state bundle is missing or corrupted, we will replace it at no cost. If replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected state portion of your purchase. Contact support within 7 days of delivery for help.

8. Privacy

We use your email address to deliver download links and communicate about your order. For privacy details and data rights, see our privacy policy or contact support.

9. Security

Presigned links restrict public access, but once downloaded you are responsible for securing the files. Do not share data outside your company or post it publicly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
